Blackberry: Few Steps To Restore A Dead Blackberry [How To]

Abundance of reasons may lead to the die of the BlackBerry smartphone, including a corrupted operating system or a Malware download.

If your BlackBerry won't turn on (or is stuck in an endless restart cycle) the only option will be to restore the BlackBerry. Even though, this process will wipe all the data you had previously on your device, it will restore functionality to the device.

Few Steps:

01 - Remove the battery from the BlackBerry and connect it to your computer with the Sync cable that came bundled with the device.
02 - Find the OS loader. This file is located in the Research in Motion system files which are located in the "Programs" directory on your hard drive. Double click on the loader icon. A new window will pop up.
03 - Connect your BlackBerry to the computer using the bundled sync cable. Plug the small end into the data port, and the large end into one of the computer USB ports.
04 - Press the "Next" button in the application window and then replace the battery for your BlackBerry.
05 - Press "Next" again. The OS will begin installing. The process can take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours depending on the computer processor and the version of the OS you are installing.
