Notion Ink Adam II Specifications Revealed

We were expecting Notion Ink to announced their second generation tablet around December of last year, it is now official and we have some details on the new Notion Ink Adam II tablet.

Notion Ink has announced that they have teamed up with Texas Instruments for the new Adam II tablet and it will come with a TI OMAP 4400 dual core processor and the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Notion Ink has partnered with Texas Instruments (TI) Incorporated for its next generation Adam II Tablets. Adam II will be using OMAP44xx processor along with other TI components like Wi-Link 7.0 and Phoenix Audio Power Amplifiers. Adam II will also leverage the power optimizations achieved using mature combination of TI’s integrated power-management IC.

The Notion Ink Adam II will also feature a PowerVR SGx500 GPU and an advanced memory architecture, plus Notion Ink’s new Modular Based Software Architecture which is designed to expand the scope of app development.

There are still no details on when the Notion Ink Adam II Tablet will be available and also no details on the full specifications on the device, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
